  • CHECK-IN: 16:00 
  • CHECK OUT: 11:00  (changes possible upon availability) 
  • MINIMUM STAY: 5 nights all months (otherwise upon request and availability)
  • SMOKING: The indoor areas are non-smoking
  • CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS: Children are welcome over 5 years old.
  • There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms.
  • PETS: Pets are not allowed.

ACCOMMODATION POLICIES

  • Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
  • All children are welcome over 5 years old. 
  • MINIMUM AGE: There is a minimum age for renting. Unless approved in writing in advance, we cannot rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by two (2) or more adult guardians or parents.
  • NUMBER OF GUESTS:  The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the Property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation unless specifically authorized in writing. Exceeding this number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
  • This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

PAYMENT POLICIES

  • Prepayment: 30% of the total amount is charged upon reservation.
  • 70% of the total amount will be charged 7 days prior to arrival.
  • In case of non show, 100% of the total amount will be charged

CANCELATION POLICIES

  • If canceled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • If you cancel after the 7 days or in case of non-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
