Great Sand Villa is built right on the long sandy and pebble beach of Kiotari one of the most beautiful beaches of Rhodes, Greece due to its stunning scenery and crystal clear waters. Designed as a modern 2-floor house it is built just a few meters from the beach on a complex of total 3 houses surrounded by a beautiful garden with a lawn in front and various plants on the back. 

This luxury oasis combines it all: it enjoys immediate beach access to a beautiful and quiet beach while it shows great detail in offering over the top accommodation with sea view bedrooms and an embedded Jacuzzi in one of them. Minimal in style the villa uses a white-beige palette for the interior spaces with modern furniture, hand-painted paintings, and appliances of the highest quality.

Built and furnished with love and care from the owners the residence is built as an excellent summer home, equipped with the finest materials, ensuring the most enjoyable stay. The spacious open plan kitchen is fully equipped to serve a large group of people while the stylish interior and exterior common areas perfectly balance the lounge and romantic atmosphere.

With direct access to a sandy-pebble beach, where you can use your private 3 beach umbrellas and 7 sun beds, this unique modern villa pampers guests with its comfort and is truly an ideal choice for families or couples.

The Ground Floor:

The ground floor of 75sqm. has direct access to the garden and beach and offers:

  • An air-conditioned bedroom with 2 beds 
  • A large bathroom with cabin shower, sink, and a washing machine.
  • Large windows let the living room and the bedroom benefit from the light and the sea breeze.
  • A large door with 4m. opening leads you to the front veranda which includes an outside dining table with chairs and the most comfortable outside couch with table. The 35sqm. Veranda offers a generous view of the amazing garden and to the amazing sea view to enjoy the most beautiful sunset.

On the first floor of 75sqm. the other 3 bedrooms are located along with 2 bathrooms and the upstairs veranda of the villa.

All of them are excellent choices for shopping, dining, or lunch.

The villa is a part of a complex of 3 villas, each villa has its own garage and garden. The other two villas are private properties and are used only by their owners.
